Since starting my teaching career in 2005, I have been trying to find ways to do more than survive the school year. I believe we can make a big impact and create better outcomes for our students without the frustration and fatigue by making simple changes to the way we think about our work in schools and classrooms .

I will connect you to resources that support your needs and interests by categorizing featured content to my 3R Context and 3P Process tool. It isn’t necessary to familiarize yourself with it,  but understanding how to use it will help you choose which content to focus.

I want you to have more fun and feel energized each school day by showing you how to work smarter and not harder, try new things by leveraging your strengths, and “hack” those frustrating aspects of the educational system.
